Method of Application

1. According to the number of fabrics to be measured, select the lens magnification and install it in the eyepiece frame of the instrument.

2. According to the color of the fabric, determine the choice of the color of the cursor glass engraving line to choose one of the three colors to exchange/easy to check and count.

3.During operation and measurement, the instrument is placed on the object to be measured. The top should be approximately parallel to the warp/weft yarn of the fabric, adjust the height of the lens to make the visual field image clear, lift the top surface of the instrument body with the left hand, rotate the regulator knob to align the engraving line in the lens with the “o” position, and then reverse the adjustment knob to visually measure the number of warp/weft yarn per unit length/that is, the fabric density.

Maintenance

1.When the lens is fuzzy, the lens paper should be used to wipe the lens. Do not touch the lens with other objects and avoid the lens hair.

2.The two screw points on the bottom of the instrument are exposed to the bottom plane, so that the inserted fabric can not be moved when used, so it should always be kept sharp and should not be placed on hard flat objects.
