What does a Liquid Leak Test Needle do ?

1.Place the toy at (37±1)℃ for at least 4h

2.After removing the toy from the pre-treated environment, apply a force of 5+0.50N to any part of the outer surface of the toy with a steel needle.

3.Gradually increase the force within 5 seconds and hold it for 5 seconds.

4.Judgment result: After completion, test the toy for leakage (put cobalt chloride paper on the place where the force is applied)

5.Repeat testing of toys after treatment at (5±1) ° C for at least 4h (note: cobalt chloride paper should not be used after testing at 5 ° C, as condensation will cause false results).
