Button tension machine (button tension tester) to determine the holding force or breaking strength of the split-loop connection button on clothing or toys, and can also be used as a push-pull tensile tester for compression and tensile testing of small samples (special accessories available).

Our button tester consists of an upper buckle, a lower clamp and a dynamometer mounted on the support. The hand wheel at the bottom of the manual tester can achieve accurate control and easy operation.

The buckle parts are clamped by the upper buckle, and the clothes are fixed to the lower clip.By turning the handwheel, the operator can apply a specific force and can record the holding force or breaking strength.

The functionality of the button tester can be enhanced with jigs and accessories for testing other buckles, denim buttons, four-hole buttons and clothing accessories such as zippers, bows, decals, switches, hooks/bars and D-rings, among others.
